My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gypsy was found wandering the streets in rural Oklahoma—head low, eyes sad, and spirit fading. She looked like she had simply given up. When we saw her, we knew we couldn’t walk away.

Thanks to one of our amazing fosters, Tammy Little, Gypsy was pulled from the shelter just in time. The moment Tammy took her in, Gypsy’s entire face changed—she lit up as if she finally believed good things were possible.

She made her way safely to Massachusetts and is now settled in with her fellow travelers, waiting patiently for the family who will love her forever.

✨ Who Gypsy Is:
• Loves affection and seeks human contact
• Gentle, friendly, and sweet-natured
• The “ambassador” of her dog group
• Greets everyone with a happy, wiggly butt
• Respects other dogs’ boundaries
• Non-reactive, even when dogs are rude or pushy
• Medium energy & easy to have around

Gypsy is the kind of dog who makes everyone around her feel special. She wants to love and be loved—and after all she has survived, she deserves a home where she never has to wander again.

🏡 Gypsy is looking for:
• A family or person who wants a sweet companion
• A home where she can feel safe and adored
• Dog friends would be great, but not required

If you’ve been waiting for a dog who is gentle, affectionate, friendly, and polite, Gypsy may be your girl. Her journey has been long, but her heart has stayed open.
