Meet Blaze! 🔥🐾 Blaze is a 13-week-old Boxer mix who’s as handsome as he is sweet. Just look at that perfect patch over his ear, with the cutest little freckles and spots that make him totally one-of-a-kind! He’s gentle and affectionate, with a heart full of love and a tail that never stops wagging.
He can be a tiny bit shy at first, but it doesn’t take long for his playful, loving personality to shine through. Once he trusts you, he’ll be your little shadow, happily following you around and curling up beside you for cuddles. He loves squeaky toys, romping in the grass, and soaking up attention from anyone who will give it!
Blaze is wonderful with kids, cats, and other dogs. He’s neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, and ready to find his forever family — one that’s ready for endless love, puppy kisses, and those irresistible freckles! 💛
RPACI is a non profit rescue, and currently possess our 501C3 to operate as such. Please visit us on Facebook: Rebecca's Paws and Claws in Remlap and our website: www.rpacirescue.org. All dogs from this rescue are transported from Alabama to the New England area and delivered in RI. Each dog will come fully vetted. Price also includes transportation and a Health Certificate as required by law. There is a 100.00 deposit required at the time of adoption to secure the transport crate. The remainder of the fee will be paid once you pick up the dog. Naturally the 100.00 comes off the total owed at pick up. It will be refunded if for any reason you decide you do not want to adopt, unless the transport has already left.with the dog. To get a application please go to:

A potential adopter will submit an application. A vet reference is very helpful and will speed the adoption process along. Once approved, a phone interview will be conducted and the adopter will sign a contract. Transport will then be scheduled to bring the new pet home.
