In July of 2025 LAS took a call about a kitten in the street by a local restaurant in the community. As It turns out - there is never just 1 - sadly. The area is very busy and has a lot of traffic and the kittens would have faced a horrible outcome. LAS captured all of the kittens and we worked with these babies to socialize them and they are now ready for their forever homes!! Four Boys !!!
Approximate DOB is 6/8/2025. All 4 are current on their vaccines and
have been tested for Feline Aids (FIV) and Feline Leukemia (FELV) and
are Negative. They are:
Hugo- (M) SH Brown Tabby
Hayden- (M) SH Brown Tabby
Henley - (M) SH Black
Hogan - (M) SH Brown Tabby
They are all doing very well and are sweet and healthy and playful. They are social once they know you and feel safe! A bit shy at first until you hold them and they know you!! Just some time and love!!
They are certainly busy and all come to you for attention to get to you for treats and petting !!! They are ready for their forever homes - as singles, or together with another if you are looking for more than one!! Each would do well in a safe and kind home with a family that has love to give. They will need time to adjust to a new family
and no small children and slow introductions to other pets. Doubt that they would do well with dogs.
If you’d like to meet any of "the boys" or any of our other adoptable cats and kittens, please complete a pre-adoption application on our website: www.loveastraycat.com.

More about this rescue
Love A Stray is an all volunteer, no-kill, animal rescue organization for cats and dogs serving primarily Lorain and Cuyahoga counties in Ohio. Our mission is four-fold:
1. To decrease the pet overpopulation by employing aggressive low-cost spay/neuter programs which includes not only adoptable animals but also spay/neuter assistance programs for families who otherwise would not be able to sterilize their pet. We also alter feral cats through trap/neuter/release (TNR) programs.
2. To rescue homeless animals and, when necessary, provide medical treatment including emergency veterinary care.
3. To nurture rescue animals through innovative behavior rehabilitation, when applicable, and to place them from foster families into permanent homes.
4. To educate the public on the importance of being an advocate for animals emphasizing humane treatment and sterilization.
