My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Location: Truman, MN

Hi there! My name’s Dough, I am a bundle of personality. My foster parents say I’m a goofy little guy who loves to lounge on the couch but also gets the occasional burst of energy for some hilarious zoomies!

I enjoy short walks and do great on a leash. I’m also house-trained — I’ll bark or go to the door to let you know when it’s time for a potty break.

Toys are my absolute favorite (the sturdier, the better, since I take my playtime seriously!). I can get a little protective of my special things, so I do best when my food, treats, and toys are enjoyed in my kennel. I get along well with my foster dog siblings, but I’d also be perfectly happy soaking up all the love as your one and only pup.

I know my basic commands, and I have a funny little habit — if my water bowl is empty, I’ll pick it up and bring it to you to ask for a refill!

If you’re looking for a loyal, silly, and smart companion, fill out an application to meet me — I can’t wait to find my forever home! 🐾

The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org).

Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs), FIV/FeLV test (cats), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration).

Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. We have no way of knowing the breeds in the animals. All breeds listed are best guess.
