FUN FACTS: This brilliant little girl has been through a great deal, yet she's come out stronger than ever. After being hit by a car as a baby, she had a broken front leg and hip injury. Yet after being evaluated by the surgeon and getting the proper amount of rest and activity, she has recovered extremely well! There is a possibility of arthritis in her hip when she's older, but we all get that, so no biggie! ButterNUT is an active, playful girl who loves having an active, playful buddy as her best friend. She has grown up with other dogs and would be very lonely without them. She does need an easy going dog her size or larger, for she can play hard sometimes. She is a wonderful size at 54lbs, and may or may not get a little bigger.

ButterNUT is an exceptionally sweet girl and loves to snuggle. Although she's ever-so-slighly shy in the beginning, she warms up very quickly. She is also very intelligent, alongside a gentle demanor. She does require a fenced yard to keep her contained and will run if not leashed outside of a fenced yard. We certainly don't want to risk her being hit by a car again. ButterNUT has a lot of love to give, has a beautifiul spirit, and is as pretty as a picture. She will offer much fun and love to her forever family.
