Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Nickname: Leo
Meet Leon, a big, handsome hunk who’s looking for a cozy place to crash—and be loved for good! Leon came to the shelter with his senior mom and uncle, who have since found their forever homes, and Leon was adopted shortly after too. While that home turned out not to be the perfect match, we did learn more about what is the best fit for him! We learned that cats are just a little too fun for him to chase and that little kids’ toys are very tempting to steal, so, with that being said, Leon would do best in a home without cats and with adults and/or teens. Older people who can help him burn off some energy—and maybe even be able to help teach him not all stuffed animals are his. At 3 years old, this big guy loves to explore and would make an excellent adventure or camping buddy. Leon loves to give hugs, enjoys squeaky toys, gets along well with other dogs, and already knows sit, shake, down, and come. We also learned from that home, that he is a fan of car rides too! Sometimes it just takes a little extra time to find the right match, and Leon is hopeful his perfect home is the next one. Don’t miss out on this good boy—he’s ready to start his next chapter with you!
