My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Amelia is a 9-month-old female Shepherd mix who has already been spayed. She was found as a stray out in the county and no owner claimed her. Amelia has light brown coat with black muzzle; and she weighs 43 pounds so she will be a large adult dog.  She is just adorable!  Amelia has an inquiring little mind--she is interested in everything that is going on around her.  We believe she would be an eager and good student for obedience school.  She is active, playful, and would be good with children.  Amelia needs a patient owner who would be willing to spend time with her.  This precious girl has a lot to offer any adopter who is willing to show her love and attention.

Dog/puppy adoption fees are $120.  Cat/kitten adoption fees are $75.  All pets will be spayed/neutered before adoption; or you will be given a discount spay/neuter certificate to be used at participating vet clinics to help with the cost of spay/neuter.  Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Unless otherwise indicated under 'special needs' our dogs have screened heart worm negative.
