Meet Elijah — a survivor with a heart full of love!
Elijah has had quite a journey. He originally came to us from a hoarding situation, and after receiving care and attention, he was adopted into a new home. Unfortunately, he was recently found as a stray at the ARL and was not reclaimed, which brought him back into our care. Despite all he’s been through, Elijah remains affectionate, gentle, and eager to form bonds with people who understand him.
Elijah is FeLV positive, which means he will need a special home where his health can be monitored and he can live comfortably with the proper care. He’s looking for a patient, loving family who can offer him stability, attention, and plenty of cozy snuggle time.
If you’re ready to open your heart to a resilient, sweet kitty who has already overcome so much, Elijah is waiting to meet you and show you just how much love he has to give. He is one of the most cuddly kitty we have at the shelter!
