On a cool autumn day, as the wind whistled and leaves blew across the parking lot, a mysterious figure in a crooked hat appeared with a rickety carrier. Inside: a striking marmalade and cream mama cat with her two little kittens. The figure cackled, placed the carrier down, and left - leaving behind only one piece of advice: "Do NOT run a vacuum near her."
And thus, Pumpkin joined our story.
Pumpkin is a shy, soft spoken soul, who prefers quiet corners and cozy company. She takes comfort in having feline companions. Humans, she's still learning to trust - a patient hand will go a long way toward winning her heart. We fundraise to subsidize the cost of the spay/neuter surgeries to keep prices as low as possible. Our Adoption Center provides a second chance for many wonderful animals.
