Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi, I'm June, a 2-year old brown tabby who was surrendered to HAWS. Right now I am super shy and prefer the attention of my cat roommates in the Large
Colony Room over people. The cat cuddler volunteers are doing their best to make me feel comfortable and loved ... and I let them pet my head when I'm on the ground. But I like to climb to the highest perch in the cat tree where I feel safe watching the birds outside, the other cats in the room and the people who visit. I sometimes share the highest perch with Ben (that's me in the back in the picture with him). When we're up there together, we
like to stay there. I'm looking for a very special person who will accept me now "as is" knowing once I get in a quiet home my true personality will
blossom and I will thrive with your love. I need someone wo understands I need a chance to take my time to adapt to my new home. I'm getting along
with my cat roommates here so if you already have a cat and we're properly introduced, maybe that would make my transition to becoming your cuddling
companion quicker? It would be the best feeling to be in a new home in the new year. Could it be yours? Please come meet me!
