Jasper is a 2 year old siamese cat. He is pretty skittish but that is usual of the breed. He has lived in a quiet home with another cat but no kids or dogs. Indoor only Jasper loves to take cat naps in sunny spots and comfy beds. Would be best in a quiet home. He does tend to get urinary infections so it is very very important that he goes to a knowledgeable home that can afford to keep him on the prescription wet and dry food that he will require for his entire life. All adoptions are through application. Dogs generally are adopted with an $250 fee. Cats adoption fee is $125. All pets are spayed/neutered, up to date on shots, wormed, heartworm tested. All dogs are microchipped with Smart Tag chips. A 14 day trial period is granted for each adoption.

Riverside Rescue, Inc. is a non-profit organization which is dedicated to placing homeless or unwanted pets into loving, forever homes. We were formed in 2003 because of the overwhelming number of homeless pets in our area. Since then we have adopted out hundreds of dogs/puppies and ats/kittens, along with several other small critters. We are a no kill shelter so everyone gets a chance for a forever home. Our shelter is financed solely by donations, we are not government funded, and we are staffed by volunteers.
