Goliath is everything his name promises — big, bold, and full of heart — and starting with the letter “G” couldn’t be more fitting!
This 5–6-month-old black Lab mix currently weighs 33 lbs and GROWING, and he’s every bit the goofy, good-natured “toddler” you’d expect. Goliath is curious about everything and loves to get into a little harmless mischief in the name of fun!
He’s a true Lab at heart — happiest when carrying his leash or proudly trotting along on walks, often stopping to find the perfect stick. He walks beautifully on leash with tail-wagging pride and pure joy.
Goliath has already learned to sit, is crate-trained, loves a good game of fetch, and never tires of “organizing” (a.k.a. emptying) his toy basket. Despite his size, he’s incredibly gentle, endlessly loving, and, of course, wonderfully GOOFY.
He may look full grown, but don’t be fooled — he’s still just a big baby who’s ready to learn, love, and grow with his forever family.

Your application will be reviewed by our team and if it is a good fit, we will send to the foster family to set up a meet!
The adoption fee of $550 will include spay/neuter, microchip, age appropriate/required vaccinations, treatment for heartworm and any other necessary medical treatment to assure a healthy new pup for your family. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Although we do our best to describe breed, since our pups all come from shelters we can not and will not make any guarantee on breed or size. We can tell you that they are 100% RESCUED! And that is the BEST breed!
*please note that we are a foster home based rescue and we do home visits as part of the adoption process - we are unable to adopt to families who live outside of the Chicago and surrounding suburbs. Thank you for your understanding.
