My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I`m Phoenix! I’m a 1-year-old mixed breed girl with a friendly, sweet, and affectionate personality! I’m a laid-back, low-energy companion who loves exploring my surroundings at my own pace and then lounging in the sunshine while getting cuddles from my people.

I walk well on a leash, I know “sit,” I’m kid-friendly, and I get along well with other dogs. Whether we’re taking a leisurely stroll or relaxing together, I’m happiest just being by your side.

If you’re looking for a gentle, easygoing companion, I might be the perfect match for you! Currently, I am available for adoption. If you`re interested in adopting me, please fill out an application online or call the Humane Society of Forsyth County at 770-887-6480. Adoption hours are Tuesday through Thursday 11-5 or Friday and Saturday 1-5. All of my love and kisses, Phoenix!
