Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Blue Boy and Jelly Roll MUST be adopted together. There are NO exceptions
Adoption Fee: $1100 for the pair
Poor Blue Boy. He was so happy sleeping in the afternoon sun. "No, I don't want to wake up. Really. I mean it" Like a classic Ragdoll he was a very nice guy about it - accommodating this crazy photographer moving him here and there, fussing with him. "Look up, no up! I want to see those blue eyes.!!" I laughed at the photo's showing his patient, long suffering, expressions as he handled our interruption to his lovely afternoon. You can see he looks pretty sleepy in all his photo's.
He is the mildest of mild Ragdolls, not only in his easy going nature but also in the mild, soft colors of his cuddly fluffy coat. Poor guy. He was such a good sport which is not the same thing as being a good model and I did not get a single great shot of his beautiful face with his icy blue eyes. Sorry.
By contrast, his bonded pal, Jelly Roll, was a bunch of busy energy, curiosity and fun." I will pose for you!!! What do you want me to do.?" Here? How about here? Could you wiggle a feather" These two are a great pair and are so inseparable they must go home together.
A Ragdoll Cattery closed recently. The owner found it was much more work than she expected and soon after she started she decided not to continue. Purebreds Plus took in a group of her beautiful Ragdolls all of whom are about 1-3 years old. Angelika and Latte are posted on our site. More will come soon as their vet appts are completed. These Ragdolls are all so young and fabulous I don't expect to have them long. Who wouldn't want them?
Most of these kitties have microchips that show they were chosen and brought to this country from abroad. All have needed to be spayed and neutered. They have been combo tested negative / negative and are up to date with their FVRCP vaccinations.
Ragdolls are known for being mellow, goodnatured, super soft and floofy kitties. Part of their heritage comes from Siamese cats ( this is where they get their blue eyes) and perhaps that gives them their very sensitive nature. They feel your emotions. These kitties need a particularly happy, quiet, peaceful home, no noisy toddlers or dogs, no loud music or commotion. With their elegant beauty they offer wonderful companionship. Loving their humans they need someone who is home most of the time. They, like all kitties, can bring you comfort and soft warmth in the dark of night.
Some family will be so lucky to have this bonded pair of best friends.
Blue Boy is neutered, vaccinated, FELV tested, dewormed, microchipped, eats wet and dry food, and is litterbox perfect.
He is fostered by Harriet in Santa Cruz.
Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is dedicated to matching exceptional cats with qualified adopters who will cherish their pet and create an ideal forever home.
If you believe you are the perfect adopter for Blue Boy (and Jelly Roll) please tell us why in the comments section of our Adoption Application, and contact Harriet at harrietluvskitties@yahoo.com If you are unable to reach Harriet please email us at info@purebredsplus.org.
NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone's best interests!

Additional adoption info
READY TO ADOPT?
The first step in the adoption process for your new kitty is to submit an adoption application. The second step is to contact the foster home listed on the specific cat(s) or kittens you are interested in to find out more. Are you adopting a kitten? Kittens do best when they have a friend or two to grow up with! Kittens who grow up with another feline friend tend to be well-behaved, well-adjusted, and overall happier. Purebred Plus Cat Rescue kittens are typically adopted as pairs or as a single kitten to homes with an appropriate feline playmate. If you prefer only one kitten, we strongly encourage you to consider one of our wonderful older kittens or young adult cats that are available!

Our cats are neutered or spayed, vaccinated and FELV/FIV tested. We are not a shelter. All of our cats are fostered in private homes. The whole goal of the adoption process is to ensure the cat or kitten is a good fit for you, the adopter, and your environment. We are looking for the best fit NOT first come first serve. We always focus on what is the best for the cat or kitten.
When you adopt from Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue, you are saving TWO lives - the cat you adopt and the cat who gets to take its place in rescue!
