Right now, I’m doing one of the most important jobs a dog can do— caring for my babies and making sure they grow up strong, healthy, and loved. It hasn’t always been easy, but I’ve done my best every single day.
Everyone tells me I’m one of the sweetest, most loving girls they’ve met. I adore people, and I always greet the staff with a wagging tail—even when I’m tired.
Once my little ones are off to their forever homes, I’ll be ready for my next chapter. I dream of a family who will see me for more than just a mama dog—a family who will give me the love I’ve been waiting for.
I’d love a calm, cozy home where I can finally just be. No more worrying, no more surviving—just love. Until then, I’ll keep being the best mama I can be. But I hope my forever family is out there, maybe even reading this right now.

San Antonio Pets Alive! is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Due to alarming euthanasia rates, San Antonio Pets Alive! (SAPA!) was founded in 2012. SAPA! is unique—it is the only high paced, high-volume rescue in San Antonio, saving 6,000 at-risk cats and dogs annually.
Since its inception, SAPA! has saved more than 47,000 dogs and cats. SAPA! provides safety nets for the dogs and cats that fall through the cracks of all other lifesaving options and end up on the euthanasia lists, often with just hours to be saved. SAPA! promotes the availability of these dogs and cats to other rescues, adopters and fosters.
