My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

William of Orange was abandoned when his owner moved out of state and decided not to take him with them. They left him outside in a residential neighborhood were he was left to fend for himself for months until we rescued him.

Gentle and shy, this king loves to sleep in a bed by the window. He's not picky with food and very good with litter and cleanliness.

Suggested pairing: his adopted son Butterfinger who is a couple of years younger and might as well be his brother. We get them confused for each other sometimes!

William is good around most other cats. He's very gentle and gets along with everyone.

As with all cats at Butterscotch Castle, William is neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, Fiv/felv tested (negative), and current on his flea meds.

More about this rescue

Welcome to Butterscotch Castle! When we started fostering a tiny sick kitten Benjamin Butterscotch in 2019, we had no idea how our lives would change. He inspired us to rescue hundreds of homeless cats and coordinate the spay/neuter, vaccinations, and microchipping of even more. Besides our adoption and spay/neuter efforts, we also help families find their lost cats all over Southern California. Apply to foster or adopt today at TinyURL.com/ButterscotchAdopt
