Runes have become associated with mystery and magic, two things our boy has! Rune was found abandoned on shelter property in a carrier. At first, he was a bit unsure, giving us quite skeptical looks even as he received head pats and scritches. Over the course of his stay, he has opened up a little more each day, returning the love he received with head butts of his own. We don't know much about his past, but we hope his future will be merry and bright this holiday season, complete with the new family at the top of his wish list. Rune seems to be open to meeting other cats based on his reactions to his neighbors in the shelter, and he has warmed up quickly to those respectful of his need for patience until he builds his confidence. For those who love a surprise, getting to know Rune and all his quirks as he fills your home with love and laughter will be the purrfect present to yourself this year! (And, he has the tiniest white socks on his back feet only. How can you not fall in love with that?)
