Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Veya is a very timid but incredibly loving girl who has shown remarkable strength and gentleness despite everything she’s been through, including eye removal surgery. She has a quiet presence and found comfort in caring for her puppies, spending her days grooming them, watching over them, and making sure they felt safe. Veya’s calm demeanor and nurturing instincts made her the perfect mother to her little ones. She thrives in peaceful environments and would do best with a patient, compassionate family who understands that trust takes time. With kindness and reassurance, Veya will slowly show her sweet nature and form a deep, meaningful bond. If you have a calm home and a gentle heart, Veya is waiting for someone to give her the safety and love she so freely gives to others.

The whole process is easy and takes a matter of in-office minutes. While we like for our animals to find homes, we require adopting families to meet in our shelter. That way you can meet your new family member and make sure he/she is the one for you. Then we do the paperwork which takes only a little time. We look forward to meeting you.

You can come to visit or adopt one of our animals from ten a.m. until four p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and from noon to four p.m. on Sundays.

More about this shelter
We are a compassionate shelter. Our job is to help our animals get ready for their "forever homes". We do this by making their stay with us comfortable, and giving them a healthy, clean, and safe temporary home.
