My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Koda came from the urgent list at a high kill shelter. He was surrendered due to "too many dogs". He is a big love bug that gets along with just about everything and everyone. Koda is an affectionate guy with a very caring soul. He is a loyal companion who enjoys life. He is well mannered on a leash, loves to play with other dogs but then wants to take some quiet time. He is a medium energy dog that is eager to please.

More about this shelter

We provide care for the underserved, homeless dog population. We strive to work in conjunction with local shelters and rescues as well as the community at large. With a primary focus on rehabilitation of fearful, at-risk and special needs animals, we also take in animals due to emergencies such as having been abused and/or abandoned. When possible, our goal is to re-home. For some animals, Angel Heart is a half-way house, but for others, it will be their lifelong home.
