Stray dog (been calling him Walter) was found in the heat of late August standing in the middle of the road. He was completely heat exhausted and seemed disoriented.
Has been cared for for 2 months, but there are two additional pets in the house and although he is good with them, he needs special care. He is a senior and has severe skin allergies, is mostly blind and deaf, and seems to get separation anxiety at night -though melatonin supplements has eased that a bit. He is good natured and if taken out regularly is potty trained.
Need to find a permanent home where he can get the care he needs and live out the rest of his days.
