My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

12/30/25 14:55 CA

Benjamin is a 3-year-old, neutered male Rottweiler mix with a big smile and an even bigger heart. This happy boy is always excited to spend time with our staff and volunteers and loves being part of the action. Benjamin is a strong guy and will benefit from some basic manners training, as he can pull a little bit on leash but with consistent leadership and guidance, he’ll catch on quickly.

During a recent outing, Benjamin spent a day in a home enjoying delicious meals prepared especially for him, playing in the yard with some toys, and receiving all the affection he wanted. He is house-broken, not a fan of cats, did not jump in furniture, and gently approached the people in the house to sit on their laps or ask for belly rubs.

Benjamin is eager to learn, ready for adventure, and looking for a home where he can be a true member of the family. Come down to the shelter to say hello to this handsome boy—he’ll win you over in no time and be thrilled to start a fun, happy life by your side. Email advocatessbcas@gmail.com for more information, his advocate will be happy to chat with you!
