Meet the Pet
Take the Pet Home
This helps Path of Hope Rescue with pet care costs.
Meet Motley Crue!
While she may just be one pup, this girl is most certainly a motley of all the best personality traits one could ask for in a puppy! Sweet, cuddly, clever, and incredibly food motivated, Motley Crue is willing and ready to be your best friend that never leaves your side. Motley Crue simply just wants to be with her person, whether that be going on walks around the block, playing tug, or even just learning fun new tricks, she’s down for it all! And not only does she love people, she’s also great with other dogs, cats, and kids of all ages.
BONUS: Motley Crue is both crate and potty trained, and is on her way to sleeping through the night!
Ideal Home: Motley Crue’s ideal home would be with a loving family, or individual, who has the ability to work from home, as she is not a fan of being left alone for long periods of time. Bonus points if you have a canine companion that is eager to play, as Motley Crue will never turn down the chance to make a new friend and practice her wrestling skills!
So, if you’re looking for a playful, lovable, and loyal companion, then Motley Crue is your girl!

Adopting from Path of Hope Rescue
Our adoption process sets us apart. We specialize in learning about you and your family to find just the right fit for you. Our Matchmakers are not only good at what they do; they will also guide you through the entire process.
Our Minimum Adoption Donation is $550 for puppies under a year and $450 for dogs a year and older. We are a WA state registered non-profit and rely heavily on adoption donations to cover the expenses associated with saving lives. Our dogs are spayed/neutered prior to adoption; microchipped with free lifetime registration; and up to date on DAPP, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccinations (when age appropriate) and deworming and heartworm treatment/prevention. Adopters can also earn a $100 training refund if they attend (6) hours of any in person training course.
Long Distance adopters (one hour or more from Spokane) may choose to travel to Spokane to pick up their dog or use our monthly transport option, Puppy Delivery Express, for an additional delivery donation of $250. Puppy Delivery Express currently delivers dogs throughout Washington and to parts of Montana, Idaho, and Oregon.
About Path of Hope Rescue
At Path of Hope Rescue, our goal is to make EVERY DOG. WANTED. Our two employees and army of volunteers focus on transporting pregnant dogs and puppies from Texas, the number one kill state in America. The dogs we rescue are in poor living conditions and on euthanasia lists in shelters that are inundated with unwanted animals. We want to give these dogs a chance and bring them to the Pacific Northwest to find adoptive, loving homes.
We are 100% foster based; our dogs are fostered in loving homes where they are house and crate trained and learn basic obedience and leash skills. Dogs experience socialization opportunities with people, places, and other animals, and they receive the attention required to become well-rounded, healthy, and affectionate dogs that they would not otherwise receive in a shelter environment.
Our commitment does not end when the dog is adopted. Path of Hope offers post adoption owner support including information on making the dog’s transition to your home a smooth one; recommendations for Preferred Trainers; advice on pet behavior and wellness topics; Facebook litter groups to keep in touch with fellow adopters; and invitations to local rescue hosted events.
