Molly wants a forever home!
A gentle, laid-back girl who loves long walks, car rides, and snuggling close when at home. She's perfectly house trained and children, cats, and other dogs. Super friendly and extremely intelligent, Molly makes friends wherever she goes and her luscious iridescent coat generates loads of compliments. Easily motivated by treats or petting, she has mastered sit and heel in just weeks! She takes treats really well and is very smart about understanding why she gets them.
She is the sweetest housemate imaginable, spending most days on the couch snoozing and cuddling. True to breed, her ability to attach to her people gives her mild separation anxiety, so she's best with a human or another dog to keep her company during the day.
Molly would be the perfect companion to any family or someone who works from home. She is very easy to fall in love with and - bonus! - very low shed. Fostering her has been a lovely experience and it will be hard to let her go.
Molly tested positive for heartworm on 11/03/2025. She has been treated by a vet and will need to be retested in November 2026.
All adoptions require a completed application and final contract. The application can be found at WaldosRescue.org. Once you are approved to adopt you will be put in touch with the foster family to see if there is a good match. Please note that we are a volunteer-run rescue organization, not a shelter. We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process and select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dogs needs.
Waldos Rescue Pen is a 501(c)(3) orgnization whose primary focus is rescuing dogs from the euthanasia list from high kill shelters throughout the United States and Korea.
