My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Zazu is a stunning German Shepherd that was found in July 2025, and is approximately 10 months old. When he was found he was emaciated. Since then he has had a full annual, tested negative for heartworm and has not been neutered yet. Zazu is being cared for by a foster experienced in the German Shepherd breed.
Zazu is housebroken, he loves people and listens well, loves belly rubs and attention, crate trained, and is good with his female housemate that is also a German Shepherd. Some of the negatives that his foster is working on is: he chews shoes, digs holes under fencing and has separation anxiety. If you are interested in Zazu please contact Jerry at 404-516-0183. Their adoption process

1.
Submit Application

Our adoptees are posted on various sites as well as our Facebook page & website. If interested in a pet then an application is filled out

2.
Interview

After reviewing an application, if the requirements of adopting are met then we set up an interview

3.
Meet the Pet

After conducting an interview, if the requirements of adopting are met then we invite you to meet the pet.

4.
Home Check

If there is a love connection with the pet then we do a homecheck

5.
Approve Application

If all is well with the homecheck and vet references have been checked then we approve the application

6.
Sign Adoption Contract

Then the adoption contract is signed.

7.
Pay Fee

Upon signing the contract the adoption fee is paid and they take home the pet.

Additional adoption info

We require an application and interview with the doctor for all potential adopters. Once the adoption is approved then their is an adoption contract. Cat adoptions are generally $125 and dogs are $250

We are a veterinarian hospital and we pull animals from the local shelters and try to find them homes. We get the animals healthy, vaccinate, microchip, spay and/or neuter all animals before they are rehomed.
