My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Crystal is a loving, content bunny whose greatest joy in life is simply being loved. Whether she’s melting into gentle pets or curling up beside you for cuddles, this big girl radiates happiness and calm.

Crystal has lived with cats, dogs, and children in her foster homes. She’s playful, friendly, and curious about other animals.

Crystal is also a big foodie! She enjoys her rabbit pellets, veggies of all kinds, carrots, carrot biscuits, and especially her food puzzles. They keep her busy, engaged, and delighted!

While she adores affection, Crystal also has an independent streak and is perfectly happy exploring or relaxing on her own when she’s had her fill of snuggles.

If you’re looking for a sweet, gentle companion who brings warmth, playfulness, and quiet joy into your home, Crystal is the perfect match.

Interested in adopting? This animal is in a temporary foster home while they wait for their new family! Click "Apply for Adoption" to complete the adoption questionnaire and get connected with an adoption coordinator. All adoption interest is considered on a first-come, first-served basis. While we work with every adopter to ensure a good match, we do not allow adoption holds. Thank you for your interest in adopting!

Note: Rabbits, guinea pigs, hedgehogs, and other small animals are only available to meet by appointment. Please email info@bwar.org with any questions.

Their adoption process

1.

Submit Application

Visit our website at www.bwar.org/adopt and fill out our adoption survey. This helps us get to know you and make a good match.

2.

Visit the Facility and Find a Pet

We have all adopters to meet an animal at the shelter or in foster before taking them home. Dog adoptions currently require an appointment.

3.

Meet the Pet

Meet with our available animals and speak with one of our experienced adoption counselors. You may visit with more than one animal.

4.

Sign Adoption Contract

Once you have met your perfect match, most of our animals are ready to go home the same day! Most of our animals do have an adoption fee.

Additional adoption info

Brother Wolf Animal Rescue works to remove barriers in the adoption process and work collaboratively with our adopters. We ask that all adopters fill out our online adoption survey so we can learn more about you and help to make the perfect match. You can fill out the survey on our website: www.bwar.org/adopt.

Most of our animals are ready to go home with you the same day you meet them.

All animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines.

Adoption fees are refundable within two weeks from the date of adoption if the animal is returned.

Adopters are required to be at least 18 years of age.

Adoptions end at the Adoption Center’s scheduled closing time – 6pm Tuesday to Saturday.
