Botitas #19985: gray tabby & white, short hair, spayed female, born approx. 7/1/23
Cats: coexists peacefully Dogs: unknown Children: gentle/patient all ages
BACKGROUND: Botitas appeared at the home of a local resident about a year ago who took her to get spayed and started feeding her but initially thought she wouldn’t be able to adjust to living with people. Botitas proved her wrong by returning daily to the home and becoming more and more trusting and happy to interact… with that ever-increasing friendliness apparent, the resident sought our help to find Botitas a permanent loving home and family.
PERSONALITY: Botitas has a heart of gold and her needs are simple… she needs people who will be caring and loving to her and she needs to feel safe. When she has that, her reciprocated affection for you is truly wondrous! Botitas loves to be in your company and craves pets and attention; she seeks them out and will give contented purrs of happiness when you indulge her. She has such a sweet and mellow nature, and once she has acclimated to the change of a new environment with new people, Botitas is incredibly affectionate. She didn’t know what cat toys were at first, but she is starting to get to like some of them and her playful side has also started to emerge. Botitas is a lovely and loving companion.
COMPATIBILITY: Botitas coexists peacefully with other cats. We don’t know her thoughts on dogs. She adores her known gentle respectful children, even allowing them to carry her. She will need some time to adjust and trust a new situation, so patient kids who understand that need to get acquainted first are best.
It is so endearing to watch Botitas blossom… will she capture your heart?
