Additional adoption info

Our adoption fees are based on the age, breed, condition and training of the dogs. Seniors are less. Dogs who have been here more than 6 months are also discounted in many instances to help them find a home. Trained dogs are more. Our dogs are all seen by a vet at intake then are spayed and neutered as soon as possible. For out of state placements, we will need a veterinary reference.

Go meet their pets

More about this rescue

We rescue dogs primarily from breeding kennels, dog auctions, and homeless situations. They are temperament tested as to suitability with kids, cats and other dogs. They are checked by a vet to make sure they are healthy. We have been involved in Rescue work and shelter work since 1971.
