My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Polly Pocket and Paw Patch are a bonded pair and must be adopted together.

Hi! I’m Polly Pocket, a tiny lovebug with a big personality! I might be shy at first, but once I feel safe, I’m all cuddles, purrs, and affection. I adore sitting in laps, curling up in your arms, and soaking up chin rubs. Honestly, I’d stay snuggled with my person all day if you’d let me.
I’m playful too—wand toys, rattly mice, and anything with a drawstring are my absolute favorites. One time I snuck out of the kitten room, and my foster thought I’d disappeared—but the second the lights went out, I climbed right into bed to purr myself to sleep next to her. That’s me: loyal, loving, and happiest close to the ones I trust.
Along with my brother Paw Patch we would make a purr-fect pair for someone ready to offer love, patience, and plenty of playtime. We promise to reward you with endless affection, laughter, and the sweetest companionship.

Our fees include a full medical exam by a veterinarian. This includes a Feline Leukemia and FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus) test for cats, Rabies and Distemper Vaccines, deworming and Spay/Neuter. Dogs receive a Heartworm Check, Spay/Neuter, Rabies and Distemper Vaccines, Canine Flu Vaccine, deworming, and Kennel Cough preventative. Our modest adoption fees do not cover the procedures and vet work that we provide the animals. We fundraise to make up the difference. Any ongoing medical needs that C.A.R.E. is aware of are explained fully, (including daily medicine costs), to the potential adopter, and become the responsibility of the adopter.
