Sally was born missing some critical bones in her leg, and while she doesn’t let that slow her down, our vets believe she will need an amputation to keep her comfortable and thriving.
Despite her challenges, Sally is resilient, joyful, and full of life—she moves around with her own special style and greets every day with endless sweetness. She’s incredibly loving, gentle, and grateful for every cuddle.
Sally is looking for a family who will celebrate her uniqueness, support her journey, and give her the safe, happy life she deserves. THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO ADOPT FROM WRIGHT-WAY RESCUE: OPTION ONE: RESERVE A PET IN ADVANCE by filling out an online application at https://wright-wayrescue.org/adoption-application-page - Our typical turnaround time for applications is within 48 hours. - An email will be sent to you once your application is approved. This email will include instructions on how to proceed with our reservation process. - Please note: The location listed in an animal`s profile does not indicate where the animal is available for adoption. Almost all of our adoptions are carried out at our Morton Grove facility.
OPTION TWO: COME INTO THE ADOPTION CENTER AND MEET THEM ALL! The adoption center is located at 5915 W Lincoln Ave in Morton Grove, IL 60053. It is open Thursday & Friday, 4 pm-8 pm and Saturday & Sunday, 11 am-5 pm.

Potential homes should be willing to fill out an online application, or one in person at our event. We interview new adopters and place pets based on their needs and the suitability of the adoptive home. We do take "reservations" on our animals prior to our events with an approved application/ reference check.

Wright-Way Rescue is an all-breed, no-kill, licensed, not for profit animal shelter. We deal with a high volume of puppies, dogs, kittens, and cats who would otherwise be euthanized. We concentrate our efforts on animals whose temperament best suite the needs of the average "family" adopter. All animals come up to date on medical care, and with 30 days of free pet insurance.
