Jet is a super cute, incredibly sweet Chihuahua mix who has been carrying more worry in his little heart than any dog should. When he arrived, he was overwhelmed and unsure of what was happening, so staff gave him a quiet space to catch his breath. Even in a shelter—where the noise, stress, and unfamiliarity can be so hard on sensitive dogs—Jet has tried his best to be brave.

With time and gentle care, he’s begun to show glimpses of the affectionate, trusting boy he truly is. At 4 years old and 18 pounds, he’s the perfect small companion, and he sits so nicely for treats, hoping for someone to notice him. Jet is healthy, heartworm negative, up to date on vaccines, and will be neutered prior to adoption.

He’s ready for a real home—one where he can finally exhale, feel safe, and understand that the world can be kind. Jet has so much quiet sweetness to give, and he’s simply waiting for the person who will help him leave his worries behind and start again.
