My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Poppy was surrendered to Midland Animal Shelter and we could not leave her behind! She has had one round of vaccinations and is due for her second round on 11/24. Each upcoming round of vaccines is included in the adoption fee! And when she is old enough to be spayed, that is also included!

** Poppy is under 12 weeks old. So precautions need to be taken to keep her safe from the puppy viruses- like parvo and distemper. So for the next few weeks, she should be held and should not put on the ground in parks, on the sidewalk or any other public place, until she receives at least 2 more rounds of vaccines!

More about this rescue

We are a foster-based group who helps residents rehome pets, as well as pull pets from our local kill shelters. We also look forward to starting a low-cost S/N clinic in the very near future.
