Shadow is a 14 year old 10-lb poodle (we think that makes him a toy poodle, not a miniature poodle) who has had a series of heartbreaks. His first mom, who loved him very much, died of cancer. His second mom also got cancer and was unable to take care of him, so he got severely matted and emaciated. It's now time to find his a loving home that will take care of him even if his time on earth isn't more than a few years. Could that be you? He is starting to show his playful side and loves to cuddle up on your lap. He will bark when he wants to go outside and seems to love car rides. We do know that he's stone deaf, but sees enough and his sniffer definitely works. He loves any and all treats, and even if his dental left him with few remaining teeth, he will find a way to eat them.
