Hi! I’m River Otter!
As my name suggests, I’m the playful kitten of my litter. Unless there is an extra tasty snack involved, then my brother and sister better watch out – because ALL THE SNACKS ARE MINE!!!! If I have to steal the treat bag and hide under the sofa with it, I will!
I love to lick my foster mamas hair. I really enjoy playing tag with my brother Badger. I get along well with other cats, older kids and even respectful dogs. If you would like to make this handsome boy your own, adopt River Otter!”
Currently fostered with littermates: Grizzly Bear and Badger & my mom Park Ranger
River Otter is fixed, microchipped, FIV/FeLv negative, and up to date on vaccinations for his age.

Twin Cities Pet Rescue provides its foster families with food, supplies, and veterinary care for its animals. All you need to do is supply the love!

Twin Cities Pet Rescue (TCPR) is a small, 501c3 nonprofit, companion animal rescue organization. TCPR does not have a facility and is 100% foster-based. TCPR rescues dogs, cats and small animals of all breeds; rescuing them from city impounds, puppy mills, and other situations of abuse and neglect. Once rescued, all animals receive veterinary care ranging from spay/neuter, vaccines, microchips, and basic testing to specialty eye surgeries, pet dermatology care, and various other specialty treatments. Once an animal is rescued by TCPR, it remains in a foster home until adopted, no matter how long that might take.
TCPR often rescues animals that are considered “less adoptable” by other rescue organizations, as they are often the ones overlooked and truly left behind; and in need of the most help. These animals might be overlooked due to their age, health status, special needs or breed. TCPR works to help as many animals in need find their furever families as we can, especially helping those animals that need help most.
