Jim Rex is your stereotypical big lug who loves to cuddle and is sweet as can be. He can be a bit shy at first around strangers, but warms up quickly. Jim Rex loves attention and would like a home where his family is home a large part of the time to shower him with affection. He is active and energetic, and would do best in a home where he has a yard to run around in or an owner who really likes to go on walks/jogs.
He was adopted from us as a puppy and recently returned due to his owners moving out of state for work. Previous owner reported that he was housebroken and crate trained.

We are setting up adoptions with approved adopters on an appointment basis. We are no longer hosting adoption events at PetSmart until further notice. We are not arranging meet and greets; but appointments to finalize adoptions to limit exposure for all. Our adoptions come with a one week trial period in which if things are not working out, we will refund your adoption fee if you decide to return your newly adopted Faithful Friend. Our adoptions must be done in person at PetSmart (3736 SW Archer Rd, Gainesville, FL 32608) and we do not arrange transport to adopters. Our adoption fees vary and we are only able to accept payments by card at this time but include spay/neuter, heartworm test (dogs), FeLV/FIV test (cats), age appropriate vaccines and deworming, flea, tick and heartworm medication and microchip.

Our focus is always the animals themselves - providing the best care for each animal in our program while we search for a loving, permanent home.
