What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Barkley is a great dog. He's a protector, sweet and loyal. He's beautiful. We rescued him 4 years ago, after our previous dog passed away after 13 years. We love him and will keep until a good home is found but he's not a good fit for our family.
He needs social attention. He has anxiety and separation issues. He will follow u every where. No aggression. Never bitten anyone. He is great around our kids but when they start playing or get excited he gets to excited with them. Jumping and bumping into them. He's kncoked them down and into objects. This is our main reason for wanting to rehome him. Not good with small children for that reason. He's good with small dogs, as we have another small dog but he is not good with other large dogs.
We want to make sure he goes to a very good and loving home where he fits well.
