Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Binx is a handsome, sleek, all-black cat looking for a patient and understanding forever home. This big guy is a true purr-machine who absolutely adores a good chin rub and will lean right into your hand for affection once he trusts you.
However, Binx is also a sensitive soul. The shelter environment is very stressful for him, and he can quickly become overwhelmed and overstimulated. When he reaches his limit, he may offer some protective swats as his way of saying `I need space, please!`
Binx would love a home with someone who understands cat body language and will respect his boundaries – in other words he’ll need a family willing to give him the time, space, and patience he’ll need to be your new buddy.
Binx originally came into the shelter as a stray. He is estimated to be 2 years old and is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and given a flea/tick preventative.
If you think you’d be a fit for this gorgeous guy feel free to reach out at 920-733-1717, adopt@foxvalleypets.org, or stop by during out open hours!
