At Finger Lakes SPCA of Central New York we’re committed to helping you find your new family member! You'll have a conversation with one of our adoption counselors about your household, lifestyle, and preferences for a pet. This will help us guide you in choosing the perfect pet for you.

- Six months and under: $250
- Six months - six years: $200
- Seven years & older: $150
Cats
- Six months and under: $200
- Six months to six years: $150
- Seven years & older: $100
The adoption fee includes:
- Spay or neuter surgery
- Vaccinations
- Deworming
- Flea Treatment
- Microchips
- Heartworm Test (dogs)
Dogs
- Six months and under: $250

Adoption steps
- Visit the Facility and Find a Pet
- Visit the FL SPCA of CNY during our business hours to view our pets or visit us online. Our website is updated every 15 minuets!
- Submit Application
- Our adoption counselors will help you find the right pet. When you do, you can submit your interest form.
- Meet the Pet
- With a completed interest form, our adoption counselors will help you meet the pet (or pets) you are interested in.
- Take the Pet Home
- When you have found the right pet, you will pay the adoption fee and take home your new pet.
