My name is rascel!

hi this is Rascal, a few months ago his original owner had moved states away. unfortunately they couldnt take him with. we decided to foster him untill they had the funds to take him but the owner no longer wants him. hes a really really good dog, but im never home. I dont have the space in my yard, or really in my house for him. I thought it was going to be temporary. he needs someone who can be there with him, someone to play with him. he's really good with children, cats, dogs. every once and while we would walk him and he would pull a little but when another dog would come he would just walk right past. maybe a little crying because he was excited. he loves his toys. doesnt destroy them but loves squeaky toys. he loves my cats but unfortunately they do not love him. he jumps a little but over all really easy to train. my whole goal is to make sure he's happy and loved
