Ghouls Night is the acting big sister of her litter of 4 once-feral siblings, which comes with some big spunk, plenty of elegance, and a dash of chaos. Both her and her siblings have been in foster since they were 9 weeks old, where she has learned that in this safe environment she can be as playful, chaotic, or as loving as she wants to be.
Ghouls Night is often the last one of her black void sibling trio to join in any shenanigans, instead preferring to be a step behind to see how it shakes out for the others before joining in. Once she does, she is a whirlwind of energy and spunk where any interruption of her play time with earn the ‘sass ears’ of disapproval and a quick exit to continue playing with her siblings. Like her other siblings, she will need some gentle reminders of boundaries when it comes to her teeth and claws to further refine her manners. She would do well in a home with another playful feline sibling or canine companion (after the initial scaredy cat intro which is all hiss and no bite, of course). Once her playing is done for the night, Ghouls Night absolutely craves for humans company. She is often one of the first to greet her humans as well as one of the first of her siblings to end their play and cuddle up for the night, as long as its all her idea of course. Despite being a little aloof in her interactions at times, Ghouls Night is one of the first to come in for cuddles and truly wants to let her human know how much she loves and appreciates them. Her love is a little less obvious to some but the connection she forms is deep and soothing when she is less black void chaos, and more soulful love bug.
- Ghouls Night really wants a true human connection, she is often found cuddling right over her human’s heartbeat, just where the connection is the strongest.
- She is often a couch gremlin and likes to hide and jump out at her siblings from under the couch when they get close.
- Ghouls Night is a the smartest of the siblings and is usually the first to figure out how to get to what she wants.
- She is also the most elusive for photos due to her never sitting still, but is fortunately very play and food motivated.

More about this shelter
Soul Dog is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit animal rescue organization founded with the mission to spay/neuter and protect animals. We are currently a small group of committed volunteers making a difference in the life of one animal at a time. As an all volunteer administration, all donations made to Soul Dog go directly to improving the health of the pets that share our lives.
Soul Dog is proactive in animal welfare advancing the need for spaying and neutering our pets to reduce overpopulation. We travel to rural communities on Native American reservations, where spaying and neutering will only happen if it is nearly free or very convenient. Soul Dog works with volunteer veterinarians to provide the spaying and neutering service at no cost to the public. Donations are used to defray the costs associated with medications, supplies, and the operating cost for clinics.
