Meet Missy-a gentle soul ready for her second chance.
Poor Missy was found one day when she approached a local woman’s door, begging for food. Luckily, the woman she chose happened to be an experienced cat rescuer. She was able to safely bring Missy inside and contact us for help.
Missy came to us dirty, thin, and a bit beaten up, with an old eye injury that thankfully no longer requires treatment. With some loving care, she has blossomed into a sweet, grateful little cat who is now enjoying the safety and comfort of indoor life.
She’s a shy girl at first, but once she warms up to her person, she adores gentle pets and rewards you with the sweetest purrs. Because of her sensitive nature, we feel Missy would thrive best in a quiet, calm household.
Missy has been fully vetted: she tested negative for FELV/FIV, has been spayed, vaccinated, treated for fleas, had a clean stool sample, and is microchipped for life.
