My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

🐾 Meet Pam— The Sweetest Companion You Could Ask For! 🐾
Looking for a loyal, gentle soul to share your days with? Meet Pamela (Pam), a beautiful German Shepherd mix estimated to be around 8–10 years old. She’s the perfect blend of calm and affectionate, happiest when she’s by your side or relaxing nearby, keeping an eye on her favorite people.

She gets along wonderfully with other dogs and is great with kids — patient, friendly, and always up for a bit of love. Pam is the kind of dog who quietly wins your heart with her loyal eyes and steady presence.

She enjoys going for walks, trotting along to sniff the world around her, and has a funny streak when it comes to chasing squirrels (they keep her young at heart!).

She did amazing at the groomer and loves a good pampering day.
Because she still has that shepherd instinct to explore, she’ll do best in a home with a fenced yard or when kept on a leash during outdoor adventures.

If you’re looking for a calm, loving, and loyal companion who will adore being part of your family, Pam is your girl. She’s ready to find her forever home — could that be with you? ❤️apply at wbdr.org

More about this rescue

Wisconsin Bound Dog Rescue is an all-breed dog rescue that specializes in rescuing abused, neglected or unwanted animals at high risk of euthanasia and providing temporary foster homes and necessary medical care until a permanent home can be found. WBDR is an all volunteer-based rescue. We strive to educate the public on the importance of spaying and neutering of animals to prevent pet overpopulation and prevent animal cruelty and suffering through education and activities to the public. WBDR is committed to finding each family and abandoned dog their perfect match and to make each rescue rewarding and permanent.
We pride ourselves in being a no-kill rescue and helping not only the easy to place babies, but the babies that need a little extra time or medical attention before they are ready for their forever homes.
