Lucia has spay date 2 days before Thanksgiving, we were planning on paying for that so the fee requested above is half. We met her in Oswego and felt she needed rescuing: she was 6 mos old and had no vet care nor training. Quite food-driven so must have had to compete with other pups. Now 10 mos old and went through her first heat. Love her to bits but feel that in our remote location she needs more socialization while at the same time our yard is only fenced on 3 sides and she wants to run so needs a fenced yard. Still teething and loves to catch baby carrots and ice cubes from across the room! Due to the teething she is crate-trained. Good-natured but also a good watchdog. Now pretty house-trained and will ask to go out. Good on leash but will lunge occasionally when excited. Don't give her a big meal before car rides! We think she is part lab, part Pit and part Akita or Australian shepherd. She has Lab paws and build, Aussie ears & tail & Pit coloring. Soft, snuggly and beautiful.
