At Perry County Humane Society, we take great pride in placing our animals in a home that is best suited to each animal's individual personality, temperament, and activity level.
In our adoption process you must fill out an application. We will also do a phone interview, a veterinarian reference check, personal references check, and whatever else is needed to verify that all the information on the application is truthful and complete.
We at PCHS want to be sure that you and your new pet are a perfect match, so that each placement is a permanent one. The adoption process is a way of getting to know you, your family and your lifestyle.
Perry County Humane Society's first and main responsibility is to our rescued pets.
You will find our online application at: https://www.perrycountyhumanesocietyil.com/adoption-information.
