Cookie has spent her entire life in the shelter system. She was found as part of an abandoned litter at just one month old, briefly fostered and returned due to allergies, then foster to adopted, and returned again after eight months when she was no longer a tiny puppy. Now, at just one year old, Cookie has never known what it means to truly belong to a family.<br/><br/>Cookie is an exceptionally good dog. She is potty trained, kennel trained, and non-destructive when left alone. She respects fences, knows to chew only on her bones and toys, and has wonderful manners in the home. Cookie is great with other dogs, good with kids, and brings joy wherever she goes.<br/><br/>Cookie is playful, energetic, and endlessly happy, the kind of dog whose tail never seems to stop wagging. Shes full of life, love, and hope, and shes just waiting for someone to choose her and mean it forever.<br/><br/>Cookie is a good girl in every sense of the word. She deserves to finally know what it feels like to be home...not just for a while, but for good.

Meet the Pet
We recommend bringing the whole family, including resident dogs, to meet the pet you're interested in adopting to ensure it's a good match.

Sign Adoption Contract
Our adoption team will review the adoption contract with you. Adoption fees are $30 for dogs and $5 for cats unless during a special promo.

All adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis and must be made in person. As a high-intake shelter, most of the pets that come to us are strays, meaning we have limited background history on the pet, such as health, behavioral or living history. All adoptions include the animal's spay/neuter procedure, microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations and city license. All adoptions include a 7 day free trial with our training partner, GoodPup to help ease the transition!
