My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi everyone, my name is Tiki and unfortunately my story is not much different than many other bunnies. I was found as a stray and was very fortunate that I was seen by a kind soul who knew I needed help. They took me in and then started searching for a rescue or shelter where I could find safe haven.

I am an absolute love bug who does not even mind being picked up and if you know anything about buns you know how rare that is!!! I have been seen by the vet, and I am healthy and now neutered. I am almost fully litterbox trained and boy is my foster mom happy about that. We have noticed that some of my droppings are a bit oddly shaped which means I may have a slight case of megacolon. This does not affect my day to day living and should not hinder my care or lifespan. It certainly does not stop my appetite!!!

I would probably be a great bonding candidate for any spayed females out there searching for a husbun. I am a real ladies man, or so I have been told!!

I am eating a proper diet of Oxbow Adult Rabbit Pellets, lots of timothy hay and a big bowl of fresh water. So far the greens I have tried and liked are romaine, carrot tops and cilantro. I also love any of my Selective Science treats, banana, apple and even a few blueberries. All in moderation of course.

Would you consider openly your heart and home to a dapper gentleman like me?

More about this rescue

After fostering for over 20 years I decided it was time to open my own rescue. Bunnies are intelligent caring sensitive creatures who blossom in the right environment. They have much more spunk and personality than most people realize . You will be a convert once you have the chance to experience first hand how wonderful a compainon they can be.
