My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

✨ Meet Minnie — Your Pocket-Sized Ray of Aussie Sunshine ✨
2–3 yrs • Spayed Female • Red Aussie Mix • 100% Good Vibes

Minnie was found off I-40 near Amarillo with her senior buddy, Felix, and has been winning hearts ever since. She’s the full Aussie starter pack — friendly, smart, loyal, and convinced life is better when she’s hanging out with her people. 💛

Her highlight reel:
✅ Super friendly with humans
✅ Crate trained + potty polite
✅ Great on leash
✅ Knows basic commands
✅ Does well with dogs when introduced calmly
✅ Loves being included in… literally everything

Cat status: she said “what ARE those??” — got slapped, took the note, avoids them now. 😂 Likely best in a no-cat home.

Minnie brings that classic Aussie energy — playful, attentive, people-focused, and ready for adventures, training, or couch snuggles. She’s easy to love and even easier to live with.
If you want a smart, affectionate, eager-to-please BFF who makes every day brighter…

✨ Minnie’s your girl. ✨

Go meet their pets

After being approved by a team member, you'll be able to schedule a meet and greet with the pup that best matches your needs.

All of our pets are in private foster homes and many times the meeting will happen in a safe public location.

All animals are available to begin their home trials once the meeting has concluded and the rescue agrees to allow the pet to move forward to this stage.
