My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

She is everything. She is a mother, a friend, a companion, a support, a lovebug. She has gone through heartache and suffering and has come into rescue and SHE has overcome everything.

She is a mother who raised all her babies with pride and love (and fooled us all into thinking She was not friendly). However.... She is actually the snuggliest snuggle bug now that her kittens are older and She doesn't have to worry about protecting them all the time. “She's figured out, All her doubts were someone else's point of view”.  She was an incredible mama and now She is trusting and loving and ready for her own home - deserving of a loving family to call her own.

She had been a neighborhood cat whose litters kept getting stolen before they were fully weaned, throwing her right back into heat and pregnant again. A neighbor finally called for help. Mama She was taken in as a very protective mama, raising her babies to be cautious, as that is all she has ever known.

However, after spending time in foster care, without the kittens,  She has been turned into a total love bug. She comes running up for cuddles and kisses and pets and is so loving and friendly. She would likely do well with another kitty friend or very calm and respectful dog.

She is ready to have a life of her own, filled with love and cuddles and to remind her that She is worth it!

All of our adoptable animals are cared for and assessed in foster homes (we do not have a shelter), up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed or neutered and tested for FeLV/FIV, before they are adopted. They have had de-worming medication as a standard of care and Flea/Tick/Ear Mite preventive treatment. Medical records will be released with the adopted pet.
