Elphaba is a beautiful 3 year old girl that was found as a stray on 11/11. She has a tipped ear which means she was TNR. She is up to date on her vaccinations, combo tested negative, spayed and will be microchipped upon adoption. Come meet her in kennel 615, her ID is 15016.
