What is Rehome?

Toby is a black & white hypoallergenic Havanese, recently vaccinated. We have kids, he loves to be a part of the pack but has also bonded well with me & enjoys lap time alone during the day. We have 2 cats he occasionally chases but backs off when he gets close knowing they have the upper hand. He loves lots of attention as well as learning and rehearsing tricks. Toby is house trained so long as he gets regular walks/outdoor time.
We were once a home schooled family but I became disabled and cannot spend as much time do to that plus my wife has gone to work and kids are now in school away from home most of the day. With that plus some financial difficulties we believe he would be happier and better taken care of in another home.
Just to warn you, we had a flea problem recently that is now taken care of but we groomed his hair shorter than the picture shows. Fortunately, it grows back quickly.
