Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Tulip is a 3–5 year old Pit/Lab mix with a heart full of love. She’s incredibly sweet, friendly, and loyal the kind of dog who bonds deeply and just wants to be by your side.
🌸 Important Medical Information:
Tulip is heartworm positive. She has already started doxycycline, but she will need continued heartworm treatment. We are looking for an adopter who is willing and able to take on that financial responsibility to help her get healthy again.
She also has a noticeable growth near her vaginal area, which will need to be examined further to determine what type of tumor it may be. An adopter prepared to follow up with diagnostics and treatment will be giving Tulip the second chance she truly deserves.
Despite her medical needs, Tulip’s spirit is gentle and full of hope. She loves people, enjoys affection, and is ready to be someone’s loyal companion. With the right family, she’ll thrive.

The first step in our adoption process is coming in and visiting. After you have chosen a pet to adopt you will fill out an application for adoption. If you are renting please bring proof that you are eligible to have a pet at home. Our adoption fee is 158.00 which includes spay/neuter and current vaccinations. We do require you to take your new pet in for a check up within 7 days of adoption to establish veterinary care. We also strongly advice keeping your new pet on flea and heart-worm preventative year round, and require annuals vaccinations to prevent illness.
